1) Following Intake, Program Creation and Payment Plan…BetrSocials Onboarding process begins.
2) First, all clients must use Dropbox which can be accessed via internet browser or downloaded.
3) Dropbox is how BetrSocials will receive videos and images for posting.
4) If the client is not currently paying for a Dropbox plan, the client will need to delete files when the following warning notice is provided “storage is full.”
5) All original videos and images will be deleted in the shared Dropbox file once client finishes their service term. If client needs their original videos and images…manage that storage independent of BetrSocials.
6) BetrSocials will also not keep any finished videos or images once the term of service has ended. It’s important to download those finished videos and images created by BetrSocials once the subscription is complete. That way if client wants to resubscribe to BetrSocials in the future…client can recycle some of the old posts.
7) Once client opens a Dropbox account, create a folder with their business name.
8) Next, attach BetrSocials to the folder by sharing with betrsocials@proton.me
9) Here is how to give instruction to BetrSocials. Give each image or video a name with a number: Example (Vid1…Vid2…Vid3)
10) Next, leave a comment on the video or image after uploading to Dropbox.
11) Here’s an example of what the comment should look like:
Example:
Date Uploaded: May 1st, 2024
Date to Schedule: May 3rd, 2024
Design: “My thought process behind this video was to have you break it up into a 15-20 second clip of me…”
Caption: “Daily fun at the office”
Hashtags: #explorepage #instagramreels #smallbiztips
Must end instruction with betrsocials@protonmail.com
If client need to send more instruction, start another comment… otherwise the original one will satisfy.
12) BetrSocials will send an email once the posts status (complete or incomplete) has been updated.
13) This is a systematic repeatable process that’ll become seamless overtime.
Thank you for choosing BetrSocials.com we look forward to ‘Building a Betr You!’
